We’re back! And both of us are so excited to announce that on June 6th we will be releasing our 3rd single, ‘Like the river’! This is a song that we are proud to be releasing as it has been in the vault for three years now. We wrote this song when we were 13 and since then it has evolved and changed into an emotional ballad as we have revisited and adapted the song.

Lockdown life – why now is the perfect time to get creative

When the lockdown was imposed in March, it felt as if the whole world had suddenly been locked away from normality and routine. It has been like a bad dream that you hope you will wake up from but is actually happening every day. Sometimes it has felt like we’re all actors in a movie where this pandemic has broken out but we’re waiting for the action hero to arrive and rescue the world from being destroyed. Family and friends have lost their lives so quickly to this horrible pandemic that has swept across the world literally like a demon.

When teamwork makes a great track!

How many great voices do you need to make one track? We’ve all heard of the great songs like ‘Feed the world’ and ‘We are the World’ where there has been a combination of world famous vocalists singing together.
The question is how easy is it to put a group track together and when the lyrics are written, do too many vocalists spoil it………..too many cooks as we say, or is a case of the more the better?

Michael Carberry, cricket sensation to artist extraordinaire…

Multi-talented Michael Carberry who played cricket for England for over 10 years,  has started a new career swapping his wooden bat for a wooden pencil… and is just as good! Amanda Neale had the opportunity to catch up with the star as they talk about DJ-ing, music and what inspired Michael to try his hand on the decks (listen below). They also caught up on all things cricket and the differences between the sport and arts worlds and discussed how Michael discovered his incredible talent for sketching.
